The PSA Nitrogen Generator uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to separate nitrogen from compressed air and provide a stable, on-site nitrogen supply with purity up to 99.99%. It is designed for users who need continuous nitrogen production without depending on gas cylinders or liquid nitrogen.
The system operates with a dual-tower structure filled with high-performance carbon molecular sieve (CMS). When compressed air enters one tower, oxygen is selectively adsorbed by the CMS, while nitrogen passes through and is delivered to the application point. At the same time, the other tower is regenerated by releasing the adsorbed oxygen into the atmosphere.
Once the first tower reaches saturation, the system automatically switches to the second tower for adsorption, while the first tower begins regeneration. This alternating cycle ensures continuous nitrogen production, stable purity, and reliable long-term operation. With PLC automatic control and optimized switching cycles, the generator offers efficient nitrogen separation and reduced compressed air consumption.
To ensure stable nitrogen purity and reliable system performance, the PSA nitrogen generator should operate under the following recommended conditions:
- Nitrogen purity: up to 99.99%
- Inlet pressure: 0.5 – 0.8 MPa
- Inlet temperature: ≤ 40℃
- Nitrogen dew point: ≤ -40℃
- Switching cycle: 45 – 60 seconds
- Ambient temperature: ≤ 40℃
- Voltage / frequency: 220V / 50Hz
- Noise level: ≤ 75 dB
For the best operating result, the generator should be supplied with clean and stable compressed air. Proper pre-treatment, including filtration and air drying, is recommended to protect the carbon molecular sieve, maintain nitrogen purity, and extend equipment service life.

The PSA Nitrogen Generator is well suited for Middle East industrial environments that require a continuous, on-site nitrogen supply without relying on cylinders or liquid nitrogen. In regional conditions that often include high ambient temperatures, dust exposure, and large-scale industrial operations, on-site nitrogen generation can improve supply stability and reduce dependence on delivered gas, especially in sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemical processing, food packaging, metals, and industrial manufacturing.

- General Industrial On-Site Nitrogen Supply for Continuous Operations – Ideal for plants that want a dependable nitrogen source with reduced reliance on delivered gas
Application Note for the Middle East
For Middle East installations, this model should be supplied with clean, dry, and stable compressed air, especially because the recommended operating limits are inlet temperature ≤ 40°C and ambient temperature ≤ 40°C. In hotter regional conditions, proper air pretreatment, filtration, and drying are essential to protect the CMS, maintain nitrogen purity, and support long-term performance. This model is best positioned as an on-site industrial nitrogen solution for continuous operation, rather than as a specialty gas substitute for ultra-high-purity applications.
