The CH Series Heated Regeneration Adsorption Air Dryer is designed to remove moisture from compressed air systems efficiently and continuously. It uses a dual-tower adsorption process in which one tower dries the compressed air while the other tower undergoes regeneration.
During operation, moisture in the compressed air is absorbed by activated alumina desiccant inside the adsorption tower. At the same time, the saturated desiccant in the other tower is regenerated by heated air, which reduces the amount of regeneration gas required compared with heatless dryers. This heated regeneration method helps lower operating costs while maintaining a stable and low pressure dew point.
By alternating between adsorption and regeneration, the CH Series ensures a continuous supply of clean, dry compressed air for industrial applications that require reliable moisture control and stable system performance.
To ensure stable operation and optimal drying performance, the CH Series Heated Regeneration Adsorption Air Dryer should be used under the following recommended conditions:
- Applicable fluids: Compressed air, non-corrosive air
- Rated inlet pressure: 0.7 MPa
- Optional inlet pressure range: 0.6–1.0 MPa
- Rated inlet temperature: 10°C–30°C
- Maximum inlet temperature: ≤ 40°C
- Average regeneration gas consumption: 4%–8%
- Outlet pressure dew point: -50°C to -20°C
- Adsorbent: Activated alumina
- Rated ambient temperature: 35°C
- Ambient operating range: 2°C–45°C
For the best drying effect and longer desiccant service life, the dryer should be installed with appropriate pre-filtration and operated under stable inlet conditions. Customized pressure levels and special configurations are also available for specific project requirements.

Application Note for the Middle East
For Middle East installations, this heated regeneration dryer should be used with proper aftercooling, water separation, and pre-filtration, especially in hot-weather operation where compressor discharge temperatures may rise. Because regional conditions often include heat extremes and dust exposure, the dryer is best positioned as a low dew point solution for centralized industrial air systems, utility air, and process-support air, rather than as a general-purpose commercial dryer.
